Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
Utah, and Wyoming Injury Settlements and Jury Awards

In Colorado, we studied the settlement trends in the following counties and districts: Denver, El Paso, Jefferson, and Arapahoe. In Kansas, we analyzed: Sedgwick, Johnson and Wyandotte counties. Finally, in Oklahoma, we looked at data from Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Canadian counties.
