Tips and Strategies to deal with your car accident and insurance companies

Learning how car accidents are handled (the claims process) will help you stand up for your rights and get compensated for your damages.

How to Settle

Insurance companies train their adjusters (I was one of them) to low ball you in just about every aspect of the claim (whether you know it or not).

They will fix your car with used parts (if you let them), cut your rental car early, and give you a low settlement in your total loss. They will also drag the settlement of loss wages and/or pain and suffering as long as they can, so you become desperate and settle for less.

They do not explain to you what to do when making a personal injury claim or how to go about getting your damages fully compensated.

Make no mistake, this is intentional.

They do it to save a quick buck of your situation. They call this Loss Economic Opportunity or LEO, or the money they lose by “overpaying” claims.

Many people also hate dealing with attorneys. They want their damages paid for and simply move on with their lives. They are not looking to profit out of a car accident but they do want to be treated fairly. However, some insurance companies will push you to seek legal advice.

Accident Fault They make this process very difficult and the average consumer does not have the tools to protect their interest and be compensated for the damages.

This information should help you deal with the insurance company and their adjusters. You pay insurance every month, make the insurance companies live up to your expectations!

This website can help you handle your own claim - please note, consult with an attorney before you do anything regarding your claim.

This is general information and it is not legal advice. You should specially consider getting your case reviewed by a local attorney if are injured or believe you could be injured. Fill the form below to find an attorney near you.
