What happens if someone with a suspended license(but still listed with family car insurance)has an accident? Will insurance cover anything?
Answer:
Most likely yes, however it depends on the insurance policy. Auto polices vary from insurance company to insurance company.
Most insurance polices that I came across do not exclude this, but I know there are some. So, the best thing is to get a hold of your insurance policy and read it under its exclusions. If there is no exclusion for not having a license, then you are safe.
