Am I entitled to vacation day?

I was wondering where could I find the court case that states that vacation days are considered loss of income?

I saw on this site the courts are in our favor, and I want to use the information to help settle my claim by myself.

Hello Denise,

Well there is different case law on that. Usually speaking, you are entitled to loss of income. You lost a vacation day, you need to be put back on the position you before the accident. That's the entire point of insurance, to put you back on the position you were before the accident.

Thus, you are owed wages for the day that you lost (as a vacation) if you can show you lost it because of the accident.
