Can an adjuster make only one offer?

I was told "I will offer you 1500.00. If you reject there will be no more offers. If you accept I will send you a release to sign.

I find this rude threaten unprofessional and discriminating.

Answer:

Hello,

Adjuster could make one offer or ten. There are really no limits on that. It could be rude, but it's the nature of their job.

The adjuster must settle and usually they give you "final" offers. But there is always a second offer and most of the time, the offers are not "final."

Good Luck,
