Claim against me | Went to court and they came back now?

Got into a car accident that was not my fault. Went to court and party I got into the accident with did not show up. I got community service for not having insurance.

Weeks later I got calls from the other parties insurance company saying I owe a certain amount of money for a claim I didn't agree to.

The accident was not my fault nor did I ever take fault for it. What should I do?

Talk to a lawyer. If you went to court and they did not, they you may have won by default.

You need to talk to a lawyer to see if that is the case.
