Damage at parking garage | What to do?

I got home after a day of running errands around town and saw damage to my rear bumper only after I parked in the garage! I don't know who did it or where it happened! What should I do?!!

Hello Rod,

Well, you have to report the claim and let them investigate (if you want coverage). The claim adjuster will have to review your file and take a look at all the facts. There is a possibility of getting a video? Most garages have surveillance now, it is a good idea to ask. Other than that, there is really not much you can do.
