Do I have a claim?

I was a passenger at a stop light when we got rearended sent to hospital they say nothing wrong made claim to pay for doctor bills neck still hurting but doctors say nothing wrong now i have to have surgery on neck there has been a problem all these years going on 10 now can i reopen claim or do i have a claim.

10 years is a long time. Depending on your state, the statute of limitation has probably already expired, which means your claim would be barred.

You need to check with a local attorney to see if there is anything they can do to reopen the claim.
