DUI Accident

Recently, my sister totalled out her car in an accident rollover where she was over the limit and it resulted in a drunk driving arrest.

She has full coverage on the car that was totalled, and is wondering if the insurance companyState Farm is still going to have to cover the accident even though she was negligent by being legally intoxicated???

It depends on her policy terms. Some auto insurance policies do not have any exclusions for alcohol, some do. She needs to take a look at the policy and see if a DUI bars her claim.
