How much to expect on a total vehicle?

I got into a car accident involving a taxi cab driver.. it was their fault and I am in the process of getting a rental car from their insurance.

My car from the looks of it looks like it is totaled. how much can I expect and what's the maximum I can claim for it? it is a 1996 Jeep
