Is it too late? | Can I file in Small Claims if Arbitration Pending?

My question is should I wait until AFTER arbitration to file a claim in small claims court or would it be too late then?

It could be too late. It really depends on what type of arbitration you are and for how much. If the arbitration is between you and the other party directly, it's possible that this is binding arbitration.
