They forgot to put the oil plug in my lexus and my engine blew in about 10 minutes.

They said it was a slug problem. So they said its your problem. We made a claim against Zurich Insurance and they denied the claim.

The reason is we never had slug removed as recommended. They also said we stole information from there computer. They could not tell us why there was no oil in the car.

Never buy a car from Larry H Miller in Utah or anywhere. They will damage you car just so you will buy a new one.

That really stinks. Thanks for the heads up. Anyone in Utah should know about this.

Zurich probably denied the claim based in a mechanical break down exclusion. Still, an investigation needed to be done. Either way, you should not be left holding the bag.
