Proof of loss claim why wont they pay?

I have full coverage and my car was stolen why won't they pay the full amount for my proof of loss claim>

You have a duty to show that the vehicle was stolen. You must show either with a police report or similar evidence that the car is gone.

Once you can show that, your policy will be triggered and coverage should be granted.
