Rearend Collisions | Question about the process

by Mary
(Brooklyn, NY)

I was in a rearend collision and now have a cervical herniation and cervical herniation with cervical radiculopathy.

I missed one week of work and had minimal car damage do I have a case?

Answer:

Hello Mary,

I am sorry to hear about your accident. Well, if you can show that the injury is the factual cause and the proximate cause of the herniation and all other conditions, then yes, you could have a case. You really would want to talk to a lawyer however. There might be more issues there than factual and proximate cause.
