Trust fund after car accident

21 Years ago I was in an auto accident. I was around 7 years old at the time.

The insurance company would not release the money to my mom, they told her they would put it in a trust fund. I never received the money.

Where do I start looking for the trust fund that was set up for me?

Probably with your mother. She will probably know which insurance company set this up. Contact that insurance company and they can give you the details.

If this fails, contact an attorney to help you find out what insurance company and if there is any kind of court order regarding the creation of the trust.
