Uninsured motorist coverage | Why do I need this?

Why do I need uninsured motorist coverage if I have good health insurance who will pay my medical bills, after a deductible, and after a deductible, my collision coverage will repair my auto?

Health insurance only covers medical bills, Uninsured motorist coverage will cover loss wages, AND PAIN AND SUFFERING. This is a substantial difference

Also, health insurance only covers you, it does not covers your passengers. Uninsured Motorist coverage does. This can make a substantial difference for you. Also, UMC usually has a lower deductible.
