Whos at fault for an accident with an unlicense driver?

I just had an accident a couple of days ago I hit a car but the other driver didn't have a drivers license and the vehicle is not registered under his name nor is the insurance.

Who’s going to be put at fault, I hit the guy but the guy is not even suppose to be driving!

Unfortunately, if you hit someone, you are at fault. It does not matter if the other driver was licensed, unlicensed, insured or uninsured. The car could have been parked and unoccupied and you would still be liable for the damage.
