After my settlement my back still hurts bad what do i do?

I hurt my back on the job in sept. 2008 and settled my claim,but my back still hurts can't stand for long periods of time can't take a job that requires lifting its hard to find employment,so what do i do or can do?

Answer:

If you settled the claim before you were recovered, there is little you can do if anything at all.

Talk to lawyer as soon as possible, they are better able to answer this.
