Had a little fender bender. No police report just exchanged insurance companies. Wondering if I need a police report to make the claim in florida.

Most likely not. A police report is not a requirement to make an insurance claim unless your policy requires so. Most policies do not require that unless the accident is a hit and run or the other party cannot be named.
