Drunk Driver crashes into a parked Leased Car

Drunk driver crashed into my parked 2007 Nissan Armada in Pennsylvania Police report states the other driver is at fault as was put into custody Other part has the same insurance (State Farm). Insurance agrees to pay for damage. But the frame was bent.

How will this depreciate that value when I turn the car in 4 months?

Answer:

Your lease terms probably require you to notify the leaser of the any accident like this. The insurance company must talk directly to the leasing company to determine the value of your underlying obligation. Some leasing companies will fight you over this, some will simply inspect and move on.

Have State Farm talk directly to the owner of the vehicle (the leasing company) about the bent frame issue.

Good Luck
