Hit and run. will my insurance co pay?

My car was hit in the parking lot. It was a hit and run. I just bought the car 3 weeks ago. 2011 camaro. about 3500 in damage. what should i do? will my insurance co pay for it?

Well, did you put this car in your policy? Did you even report the fact that you bought a new vehicle?

Did you have insurance on other vehicles? All of these questions (and their answers) will affect coverage.

Since it is a new vehicle, there should be coverage. However, every claim is different.
