(Orlando , Fl)

I live in Orlando Fl , I got into an accident with a lady (100% liable )insured by Liberty Mutual ...

I want my car fix but they total due to a part that is 3 months on hold...

What do I do???

I got denied for a new vehicle and I cant be without a car I might loose my job...

Answer:

Hello Rose, you need to talk to a local attorney and see what is best for you. If they total the car, then you get cash and might be able to buy something else, if they don't, then you have to wait. Make sure that they are paying 100% of what they owe your.
