I rear ended a car. I had no insurance at that time (my insurance expired).

The other person claimed repair cost from his insurance company as he had full insurance. What will happen now.....?

Do I have to pay his deductible?

Will his insurance company claim the repair cost from me?

The insurance company has subrogation of rights against you. Yes, they will ask for the entire amount from you.

You will have to see if you can come up with some sort of agreement to see if you can make monthly payments.
