Insurance claim | injury on parking lot

I was in a parked but still running car i did not go to hospital but was very sore the next few days am i entitled to money for pain and suffering or anything like that?

Answer:

Did any one hit you? How did the actual collision happened. If you injured yourself, then no compensation would be available to you. If someone else hurt you, there may be compensation for you.
