Insurance Policy | What will liability coverage do for me?

Hello, I was hit yesterday by a car going about 60-70mph on a 35mph street front on and he completed totaled my car and my wife was hurt(passenger).

I only have liability coverage and he claims to have insurance but at the time he had no proof.

According to the Police he was at fault, so my question is will my insurance do anything for me or do i have to find my own personal injury attorney?

Thank you.

Answer:

Hello,

What will they do for you?

They will step in if they are blaming you for the accident (you are "liable).

They will not go after anyone for you. You have to do that or your attorney.

As always, it is very important that you talk with a local attorney!
