Loss of use claim and insurance company refusing to pay

I have requested loss of use at a reasonable rate, the insurance company is refusing to pay and claim they need a copy of a rental bill or out of pocket expense and I don’t have any.
Answer:
Well, you are entitled to the damages you actually incurred. The insurance company has a right to ask you for evidence/proof of your expenses. If you cannot show them some evidence, they may not have to pay your anything.

Good Luck
