Progressive Insurance | Bad Customer Service
The progressive Insurance claims dept. is very stupid. You call them, they tell you what i should think, they put words into my mouth.
They never call back, only send you the letters of what they need. They play phone tags with you, try to frame you, try telling you that "how could you be sure that you where stopped", change fault 3 times from 0 to 50% at fault.
It takes them 2 months to find a recorded statement, they don't send out the transcripts when i've requested them. They don't want to deal with you unless you have an expensive coverage and they admit to that.
