Consumer Reports for Car Insurance Companies

We want to know your real report!

Is the insurance company taking advantage of you? Then you can be part of consumer reports for car insurance companies. We all have seen the 99% consumer satisfaction reports that insurance companies advertise in T.V. and the radio, but one cannot help to wonder how they come to those numbers or how they calculate those numbers.

I had the opportunity to see different surveys, and the questions asked revealed why the scores were so high. The question was “how satisfy were you with our claim service?” The answers: a. I was extremely dissatisfy, b. satisfy, and c. very satisfy. The answer choices pretty much will reveal a 99% satisfaction rate for any consumer reports for car insurance carriers. They count b. and c. as a consumer that is satisfied.

Insurance companies do not have to reveal or rewrite their “satisfaction” scores. After all, they can manipulate the data they collect. Click here to tell us about your experience!

Insurance is a competitive business. Insurance companies not only tough litigators but they have lobbyist in their payroll. We know that many personal injury lawyers are seen as the ones responsible for the rise in insurance premiums. Those ludicrous lawsuits are the ones making the insurance companies pay up the nose for settlements. But, even looking at the most powerful attorneys in this field, their firms do not measure up to the most powerful insurance companies. Insurance carriers are very powerful and there is no doubt that it is a very profitable business.

The interesting thing is that these companies tell the public that ludicrous lawsuits making premiums go up. They do not tell the public about their record profits. They also hide the fact that insurance companies are investors in the stock market. The money that you pay in premiums gets invested in the stock market. Back on the day that stock market was doing great, insurance companies did not care how they settled claims. They were making so much more money by investing those premiums that there was no need to cut down in insurance settlements.

But times changed. The market crashed and now the stock profit cow is not as attractive. The solution? Cut down on insurance settlements and blame the “insurance premium raises” in something that people already dislike: Attorneys! They are the perfect target. We have seen the cheesy TV. adds and advertisement schemes. The insurance company can just blame it on them. The sad reality is that the insurance company machinery is winning! The question is who is worst? Attorneys or insurance companies? We will not answer that question; we want you to tell us. Give us the inside scoop of what the insurance company did to you? Was it any better because you have an attorney? Or did the attorney have nothing to do with your settlement. We want to know! show the world!

So how can we really tell what consumer reports for car insurance are accurate?. Only reports by consumer manage by disinterested parties. This is why Casey and I decide to open this to the public. Did the insurance company take advantage of the situation? Did they lie to you? Did they use deceptive techniques to get a lower settlement? Many times insurance companies do just enough to be “legal”, but were they ethical? Did they wrong you?
