Stolen audio system from car

by Aaaa
(California)

Somebody stole our car in the morning. We gave a police report and we gave that complaint number to insurance company.

We got some other rental car. In mean time police got our car some where 15 miles away from my home. But it was not in driving condition because they broke the ignition key part(to unlock the steering and to start the the car) and they stolen audio system from car.

How much we will get from our insurance company.

Answer:

It depends on your coverage and the value of your car. You may have a total loss, depending on the fair market value of the vehicle.

If you don't have a total loss, then insurance company will pay according your coverages and/or deductible. If there is coverage, they will pay for the damages caused by the thieves.

I hope this help,

Good Luck
