Two insurance companies AAA and BCBS paying for the same damages

BCBS is my medical insurance AAA is my fathers car insurance, they have claimed full responsibility for this claim.

BCBS has paid all the bills so far. What happens now?????

Answer:

BCBS will have subrogation of rights against AAA. AAA will likely have to pay BCBS back for the medical expenses / bills paid.
