Who is to blame for this collision?

I was backing out of my driveway and another car hit me. who is to blame?

Answer:

Probably you. The vehicle backing has a higher duty. Also, the vehicle exiting a drive way also has a higher duty.

You had a double duty to ensure no vehicle was coming. This can put most negligence on you, if not all.
