Why is my claim taking so long it's been 2 weeks and my car us not in the shop and I haven't got a check.

Sounds like you need to contact the insurance company for more information. There could be an investigation on fault?

Or maybe, there is a coverage investigation?

Two weeks is not unusual, unfortunately. Insurance companies have 30 days to conduct an investigation.
