Geico is pathetic with claims

I was recently hit in the rear by a driver who has a policy with GEICO. The claims adjuster who sends letters that he has tried to contact me and to please call back is a liar he never tried to call my phone is on 24/7 and nothing from GEICO. When I call and leave my phone number as directed in the letter still no call but this shallow pathetic claims representative says in the letters if you recieve the survey please rate me the higest score or let me know what I can do to get the highest score.

If anyone from GEICO is reading this blog my

They will fix my brand new truck! Apparently they are great at marketing but pathetic at taking care of the people that are hit by their policy holders. Good mareting tool! I wouldn't take their policy at half of what I pay if this is the way they handle claims.

Geico is a joke - I love the fake blogs

I just recently got geico insurance. I had a accident the very same day my insurance started. All of the sudden they start saying that my policy was not in effect that day. Pretty much stating I am commiting fraud.

I am not a criminal thank you very much. I happen to be a very respected person in my community. I also recieve a letter from this so called claims personel.

Where do you train these people?? Did you get them straight off the boat or what?? They cannot even write a letter with correct punctuation or grammar(FYI, there is this thing called spell check).

In my opinion Geico is a joke and I am not the only one who thinks so. Check the web you Imbeciles. The day geico goes bankrupt is the day I have a party.

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad to hear that Geico treated you well. We all have to pay insurance, so it is nice to hear that insurance carriers are doing what they are supposed to do.

We can see why you would have the 2 criticism. But overall we are pleased that the total loss was taken care of and you are happy
